1) Order
Select from our Gene Matrix testing options. The saliva collection kit for both services is identical and usually ships out in 1 to 2 business days. We also offer express shipping for faster delivery.
2) Swab
Simply follow the provided kit’s guidelines to deposit your saliva into the enclosed tube, all done conveniently at home. Ensure you register the collection tube with its barcode to associate it with your account, then send it back to our laboratory using the pre-paid return packaging.
3) Discover
Expect your results in approximately 3-4 weeks. Once they’re available, we’ll notify you via email. Simply log into your online account to delve into the insights your DNA offers about you.
