Wait 30 minutes after eating or drinking, then rub the soft swab along your lower gums, 10 times on each side. Seal it in its tube and send it back as the kit explains. For GeneBaby, a gentle swab along your baby’s gums instead.

Blood panels show how your body is doing now, so they are repeated. Your genome doesn’t change, so it only needs to be read once. Many people use both.
