  2. Genetic Information: Information about your genetic makeup generated through the processing of your Test Kits by Gene Matrix LLC or its affiliates, contractors, successors, or assignees. This may also include data processed or contributed to Gene Matrix LLC in other ways.

  3. Self-Reported Information: Information you directly provide to us, including but not limited to current medications, ethnicity, gender, age, and other details entered into surveys, forms, or features while signed in to your Gene Matrix LLC account.

  4. Sensitive Information: Information related to your health, Genetic Information, and specific Self-Reported Information, such as racial and ethnic origin, and sexual orientation.

  5. User Content: All materials, such as information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, videos, messages, or other content, excluding Genetic Information and Self-Reported Information. This content is generated by users of Gene Matrix LLC Services and transmitted publicly or privately to or through Gene Matrix LLC.

  6. Web-Behavior Information: Data regarding how you use Gene Matrix LLC Services, collected through log files, cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. This may include browser type, domains, and page views, among other details.

Information We Collect
