How it works, step by step

    Order online and the kit comes by mail, straight from the lab, with the swab, its tube and everything you need to use it.

    Collect at home

    Wait 30 minutes after eating or drinking, then rub the soft swab along your lower gums, 10 times on each side. Seal it in its tube and send it back as the kit explains.

  3. Genotyped in our lab

    Your saliva sample is genotyped in our own CLIA-certified lab in Chicago.

    Orders shipped to New York are completed through a physician order or a reference laboratory permitted in New York.

    When your results are ready we email you (the email never names your test) with the lab’s secure link to your report, which asks for the tested person’s details before it opens. It is in plain words, to read in your own time.

Is GeneResilience part of GeneCore?

No. GeneResilience is sold on its own, with a report of its own.

How strong is the evidence?

It varies from trait to trait. Wellness associations are less established than the findings on our clinical panels, which is why these reports are for general wellness and information.

Will it tell me what to eat or how to train?

No. It describes the traits you carry and what research associates with them. What you eat and how you train stay yours to decide, with a dietitian, coach or clinician if you like.

Do you sell my genetic data, or share it for marketing or research?
