Manage or cancel GeneMatrix+

Enter the email you ordered with. If it has GeneMatrix+, we’ll email you a secure link. It opens a page from Stripe, our payment processor, where you can turn off automatic renewal or change the payment method on file.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your GeneMatrix+ year runs to its end date, and nothing more is charged. Your reports stay yours.

Cancel anytime online, or by writing to info@genematrix.io.
